The Phoenix Massachusetts provides a sober active community and free fitness programming to people with 48-hours of abstinence. They're one of GBCR's community partners. In the past we've helped organize youth climbing nights at their facility in Newmarket Square, Boston. Additionally, GBCR members are frequent participants in The Phoenix's programming. We love the fellowship and the great workouts :). During the coronavirus pandemic and subsequent shutdown of businesses in the state The Phoenix has been offering online classes all day. GBCR founding member Tim Jean hopped on Channel 7 news to share some words about what the programming means to him.
